Bright and airy, our new cedar-clad two-bedroom, one-bath garden house with large eat-in kitchen, private yard and fruit trees is a quiet sanctuary in the heart of North Oakland. The eat-in gourmet kitchen features Bertazzoni induction range, Bosch refrigerator & dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso, & good knives. The house is about 100 ft off the street, with its own private 300 sq ft deck and abutting orchard-ette, with fig, pear, persimmon and plum trees.
The house is conveniently located between Temescal, South Berkeley, West Oakland, and Emeryville, near MacArthur BART for easy access to San Francisco, and around the corner from Bay Wheels, our local bike/ebike share. Cedar House is less than a mile from Temescal's many celebrated restaurants, including Michelin-recognized Burdell, Snail Bar, Daytrip, and exceptional croissants at Forma and bagels at Poppy.
